Store UX Design

Cancer Council is Australia’s leading cancer charity, dedicated to reducing the impact of cancer through research, education, and support. Every purchase made through their online store contributes directly to funding life-changing initiatives. Their ecommerce range offers trusted sun and UV protection products that meet Australia’s highest safety and performance standards.

Challenges

Cancer Council needed a modern, flexible ecommerce platform that could better serve customers while supporting their mission-driven goals. The objective was to create an engaging, high-performing Shopify store that streamlined the user experience and encouraged higher order values — all while maintaining the organisation’s trusted, purpose-led identity.

Solution

We migrated Cancer Council’s online store to Shopify, designing an intuitive and user-friendly experience that aligns with their brand and values. To support their growth, we introduced product recommendations within the cart page to encourage product discovery and increase average order value. The result is a seamless, mission-driven ecommerce platform that empowers customers to shop with purpose.
