Challenges

Although the brand’s Shopify Plus store was already performing well, there were opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, and the overall shopping flow to increase engagement and sales.

Solution

Our team redesigned the store’s product filtering system, grouped similar products, and implemented a custom click & collect feature to streamline the customer journey and simplify purchasing both online and in-store.
